Mayve $500 Voucher Giveaway: Your Activewear Draw Refresh!

TERMS & CONDITIONS

PROMOTER:

The promoter is Mayve Collective ("Mayve", "we", "our", "us"), ABN: 40921537453.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:

The promotion commences at 7pm ACST on 19th of July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm ACST on 2nd of August 2026 ("Promotional Period").

Entries received outside of the Promotional Period will not be accepted.

ELIGIBILITY:

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

HOW TO ENTER:

To enter the promotion, participants must place an order on the Mayve Collective website during the Promotional Period.

Each eligible order automatically receives one (1) entry into the draw.

Participants can receive additional entries by completing any of the following during the Promotional Period:

Share their Mayve order confirmation on Instagram Stories and tag @mayvecollective (+1 entry).
Share their Mayve parcel after it arrives on Instagram Stories and tag @mayvecollective (+1 entry).
Share a photo or video wearing their new Mayve pieces (including outfit checks, try-ons or styling content) on Instagram Stories, Reels or Posts and tag @mayvecollective (+2 entries).

If an Instagram account is private, participants must send a screenshot via Instagram Direct Message so Mayve can verify the entry.

Participants may receive multiple entries by placing multiple eligible orders and completing the eligible bonus entry activities.

Cancelled orders, refunded orders or fraudulent purchases are not eligible.

PRIZE:

One (1) winner will receive a $500 AUD Mayve Collective digital gift voucher.

The voucher:

is not redeemable for cash;
cannot be transferred or exchanged;
may only be redeemed through the Mayve Collective website;
is valid for 12 months from the date of issue;
voucher must be used in 1 order;

WINNER SELECTION:

The winner will be selected by random draw within 24hrs of the promotion closing.

The draw will take place using a random selection method from all eligible entries received.

The winner will be contacted via the email address used to place their order and/or via Instagram if applicable. The Winner will also be contacted via phone call to celebrate your win.

The winner's first name, surname initial and state may be published on Mayve Collective's website and social media channels.

CLAIMING THE PRIZE:

The winner must respond within 7 days of being notified.

If the prize is not claimed within this period, or the winner is unable to be contacted after reasonable attempts, Mayve reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

USER GENERATED CONTENT:

By tagging @mayvecollective as part of this promotion, participants grant Mayve Collective a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost, share and use their content across Mayve Collective's social media channels, website, email marketing and promotional materials.

Participants retain ownership of their content and may request that it be removed from future marketing where reasonably practicable.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Mayve reserves the right to:

verify the validity of entries;
disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions;
cancel, suspend or amend the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the administration of the promotion.

Mayve's decision regarding all aspects of this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

LIABILITY:

To the extent permitted by law, Mayve Collective accepts no responsibility for any technical issues, lost, delayed or incomplete entries, or any loss or damage arising from participation in this promotion.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights participants may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

PRIVACY:

Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will only be used to administer the giveaway, contact the winner and otherwise in accordance with Mayve Collective's Privacy Policy.
